What an absolute godsend this unit and the video were! As with so many others, my old Honeywell thermostat's display died rather dramatically. I bought the (cheaper) updated version from Honeywell and spent a good hour trying to get it to pair with the thermostat, before discovering through a LOT of googling that they've removed the capability to pair new units with other thermostats, meaning you'll always need to buy a paired unit from them. I promptly returned it and ordered this unit. We were up and running again within five minutes. Easy to programme as it's essentially the same as the old unit, looks the same, no wiring. Brilliant product!

Literally cannot fault this product. Replaced a Honeywell CM921 on which the display had lost lots of the imaging. The QR to the "how to video" didn't work, or the link doesn't work but I just YouTubed it. Synced with existing receiver in less than 3 minutes and just worked instantly! Also comes with about 3 wall brackets, all probably designed to fit the exiting screw holes you have from ANY of the older compatible models. Piece of cake.

Clear instructions on the website show how to pair this controller with the receiver - even a novice like me made it work! Programming is straightforward, but please note that this unit allows only 2 on/off cycles per day.

Perfect replacement for a broken unit. I’d definitely recommend using a YouTube tutorial to install it. It didn’t connect at first and thought I’d have to wire in a new receiver but finding another tutorial found that it worked. Keep it near the boiler when installing it will help.

My old CM9321 was on its last legs. This year looking to put the heating on, the screen had totally failed so I couldn't see the temperature, if it was on etc. The exact replacement was going to be approx £200. But after doing a bit of research, this thermostat was a direct replacement. It comes with the thermostat and relay box, but using the video in the product listing, I was able to just put the batteries in and pair it up with the existing relay box with no issues. I would highly recommend this as a replacement. Definitely worth the money.

Bought to replace a Honeywell thermostat on a combi boiler. Does what it says and works perfectly. The pairing video is particularly helpful and made the process quick and easy.

So this total home producr has a honeywell sticker over it so not sure what brand it actually is. Says it can replace honeywell CM927. The buttons on old one were sticking or not working so replaced with this and the signal doesn't go as far as our old did, our boiler is in the out house and the control can only get signal by the back door 16ft away from the boiler. The old one would show a flame to say whether it was on this one doesn't give you a signal so having to feel radiators to see if it is on or not which is frustrating. Can't ask for refund as to get into product you have to break the sticker so not sure how that works either? Got someone to install it and will just have to see how it goes but not confident and could have lost a fair bit of money on it.

This is an absolute cracking bit of kit. Screen had gone on our old thermostat so could turn it on and off but not set temperature & set programs etc. This is a brilliant replacement. Easy to pair with our existing transmitter (although there is one in the box if you need it), easy to set up and works perfectly from the hallway at the bottom of the stairs to the boiler which is in the loft. Supplier also gives you a print of the QR codes to the installation video and instructions manual. All fixed and running in less than 10 minutes.
