LMCOB Sauna Sweat Short Pants for Men Hot Thermo Sauna Leggings Compression Hight Waist Pants Workout Body Shaper Sauna Suit

My son bought these to wear during wrestling practice to help with weight cutting. He said they are comfortable and flexible and fit well. They work well for the intended purpose. Hand wash and air dry. He is 5’11 with a walk around weight of 165 and competition weight of 157 and got a size medium which fits well.

Excellent. Fit perfectly. Great quality. So far workouts in. Easy to care for. Hang dry works perfectly. Looking forward to purchasing a few more to meet my weekly fitness goals and needs.

This sweat bottom works great once body warms up in it. You'll sweat water weight easy.

I’m a bigger guy and bought these to wear during my workouts. They definitely help retain heat and increase sweating compared to regular workout shorts. The material feels comfortable enough for walking, cardio, and gym sessions. The fit was pretty accurate, and they stayed in place while exercising. They’re not magic, but they do what they’re designed to do. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for extra sweat during workouts.

I am 6' 2', 305 lbs. I ordered the 3XL and they ended up being snug but did not compress the way that I thought they should so I started the process for a refund which was super seamless. It gave a few suggestions of how to return the product and going to Kohl's was an option. All I had to do was tell the cashier and she scanned my packae and gave me a reciept. This whole process was free of any charges and I got my refund in a few hours. I then orderd a 1Xl which is more snug. I am happy with the product and I wear it all day ubder my clothes then go to the gym on my lunch break. I have only had it for a few days so have not seen any results as of yet but can feel the sweat as I ove aroound at the gym. I take them off and do not pout them in the washer. I wipe them with a warm, soapy wash clothe and then rinse out the cloth and wipe the soap off to let them dry after each use. GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT COMPANY ! ! !

I really like these and how they fit. They work great to increase the sweat factor a clean up easily. They are light weight and fit under clothing nicely. I ordered 2 to 3 sizes larger than I wear. I wear 2xl pants so I ordered them in 5xl and the go on easy yet fit snug. I won't mind when they become a little loose because they will still work. I've used this method before for weight loss which is the best way for me to just sweat it off. Ofcourse I pay attention to portions and so on but these shorts do great assistance to the intention of weight loss and slimming up a bit. Any contributing factors to diet and exercise can only help. Stay hydrated.

It was exactly what I wanted and it works great for what I wanted it for.

Will make you sweat but doesn't trap a lot of heat. I've worked out a couple times in it and its left me cold

The size is perfect, the material is also a little stretchy makes it comfortable while excersize, the material outside keeps looking good although you sweat from the inside , it really makes u sweat !

These sauna sweat pants are really effective for working out. I wear them during my gym sessions and the heat retention is very noticeable, you sweat significantly more in the waist and thigh area. The compression fit feels supportive without being too tight or uncomfortable. The material is sturdy and has held up well after multiple washes. Great for anyone looking to intensify their workout and target water weight. At this price point they are excellent value for the results you get. I am genuinely happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone serious about fitness.
