I just got mine so I'm going to update this review if something changes. Right now I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase. The lights were super easy to install, minus getting the piece of paper of the double sided sticky. Oh my god was that a pain 😂. Before you purchase the 100 foot know that it will come in two separate 50 foot strands that will be split at the box in which they plug in. I do not think you can actually combined them together for 100 feet. Honestly the 100 feet was overkill for my standard apartment ( there are 300 million apartments in America that are designed just like mine lol). I mean I liked how much Overkill it was, but I wasn't expecting so much. The lumens are good. You can get pretty dark with these and crank the lights pretty high. If I were to guess in lumens, probably between 800-1000 for the brightest. Maybe not even that bright, but definitely adequate. The colors themselves are very vibrant. The only thing I didn't like is there's no way to send like a color changing signal going down the strand, but that could be a DYI. The different settings really makes this cool. You can set it to music mode, or make your own mode. It comes with a controller, or you can use the QR code on the splitter box to get the app. App is alright I guess. Could be much better. But you can set a timer on the app. The one thing that these have going for them too us how easy it is to bend the tape. That make doing corners a lot easier. Overall so far, it's a good set of lights. We'll see how long they last now. If they last at least a year or two, I'll be really satisfied then.

This was very easy and quick to set up underneath my workplace's countertop last year. The remote handles basic tasks well, though a couple of the LED light colors were not accurate to the colors of their corresponding remote buttons (mostly when both blue and green LEDs were being used simultaneously). The built-in microphone was barely used but was responsive when it did get used. For more advanced features, the manufacturer's app is needed. I was wary of installing it, as it's an app and developer I wasn't familiar with. I eventually did install the app, though it was on a separate device, and I only gave it the Bluetooth permissions needed to communicate with the LEDs. The app made the LED strips a lot more interesting, as I was able to more fully customize the light colors and sequences for events such as holidays. I'm not aware of any security issues with the app, but it doesn't hurt to be careful, so I reset my device after I uninstalled the app. There wasn't an UL certification that I could see, though I honestly wasn't expecting one on such an inexpensive item. While an UL certification isn't a guarantee that it won't burst into flames like one hears about with some LED devices (in general, not this brand specifically), it would've given me more peace of mind if I accidentally left it plugged in for a few days. Without such certification, I made doubly sure to unplug the device whenever no one would be at the counter, as I noticed some electricity is supplied to the LEDs even while "off" (putting pressure on some parts of the strips while plugged in would cause a barely-noticeable light to appear in the LEDs). While it was easy to set up, it's very difficult and time-consuming to remove whole if you want to reuse them elsewhere. There are a few points of soldering keeping the strips together, and the metal circuits don't stretch while their backing does. But these seem like problems common with most LED strips in general. Since I didn't care about keeping them whole after some impact damage happened to parts of the LED strips (they were recessed where installed but not inaccessible), tearing them out and throwing them away went pretty quickly. All in all, it worked out very well and was a hit with coworkers and clients alike. Having to throw them away didn't pain me as much as it might have with higher-priced LED strips. I may have been needlessly cautious, but it isn't really paranoia when "they" (including some app developers) really are out to get everyone they can.

I bought a 50 foot pack for my grand daughter's 4th birthday and installed them fairly easily on the top of the wall of her bedroom. I was impressed with the extras that came with it, particularly the clips with screws, which I used to secure them in the corners. I decided to avoid cutting the strips and using the included corner connectors, so the clips really helped secure the slightly twisted strips in the corners. Adhesion was excellent, especially since the room was painted with semi-gloss paint. In one area I had to use rubbing alcohol to clean the wall in order to get them to stick, but that worked perfectly. No need to use the two included rolls of double-sided sticky tape. Once installed, I turned them on and noticed that one strip was VERY bright and the other almost not lit at all. Initially I thought they were defective, but when I checked the connections to the control box, I decided to reverse the connection and that fixed it. It was just a matter of reverse polarity. After that, they worked properly. Except I couldn't figure out how to activate the music mode. The manual and instructions are fairly complete, though it's obvious that they are translated (probably from Chinese) and sometimes not entirely clear. Anyway, my grand daughter was beyond thrilled with them and yesterday, all on her own (again, just 4 years old), she figured out how to get the music mode (notice they repeatedly misspell this as music "model" above) working. Now she's dancing and singing with the lights flashing different colors to her favorite music. She got a lot of presents, but this was her hands down favorite. I just hope they last longer than some of the other reviewer's sets did and that those impressive guarantees on the box are actually legit, if the need arises to make use of them. If anything changes, I'll update this review. They've only been up since Nov 24th, so time will tell, I guess. For now, 5 stars.

I haven't tried the accompanying app yet, but in almost all other ways these lights are stellar. Very easy and straightforward to put up (the included reel of double-sided foam strip tape is a necessity if your walls have any sort of texture), the colors are fun, quite a few modes and features available, and the remote control works pretty well. It does need to be pointed directly at the receiver and it's hard to tell whether the up/down adjustment buttons the RGB levels are working, but otherwise no complaints. I did notice something odd after putting them up, though. After leaving them on a higher setting for a few hours, my room adopted a sort of plastic-y, electronic smell, like the smell of an old phone battery or an overheating desktop computer, but stronger. Turning the brightness down and opening up a window seemed to fix it, but I definitely wouldn't put it above the lowest brightness setting (pictured here) for any extended period of time except in the case of a special event to avoid it. The lights also give off a quiet but noticeable hum at the highest setting, so that's another thing to consider if you're sensitive to white noise. Overall, I would recommend it to others and would likely repurchase if it ends up having a decent lifespan and survives a move well. The foam tape strip is likely to be the first thing to fail, but I am confident that's an item easily ordered online or picked up from your local hardware store. EDIT: The adhesive strip didn't last more than 3 weeks, I can't find anything similar in stores, and the odd smell has only gotten stronger. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this anymore.

So, my nephew received some LED lights as a graduation gift and when I saw how awesome his "Tik Tok Lights" were, I decided to buy some myself. I was a little skeptical because his lights started to fall off after a week, but my lights are still sticking to the wall after three weeks. Turns out that my nephew, being the typical teenager that he is, didn't bother to wipe down and clean the wall where the lights would be applied. I love these lights, I love the fact that there is a color for every mood. Personally I love the static blue and static teal colors. The app is found in Google Play Store and it is called EHome Light and it is awesome! Very simple to use and takes just a little time to connect through bluetooth. Now the only issue with the bluetooth connectivity is that I own a Harmony remote and it uses bluetooth to connect to my entertainment system and my Xbox One S, so when I am scrolling through Netflix or Hulu and the lights are on, then it changes my LED lights too. This isn't too much of a hangup for me. I just usually have the remote on hand to change back to static teal. The mic feature is pretty basic and it only comes with 4 different settings, but it still slaps. I love having a few drinks and listening to my music. I swear it's like I'm in my own nightclub. Just a little warning, one of the mic settings is a little harsh, even for me. It flashes just a little too quickly, I think on the app it's called the disco feature and on the remote it's the ♪4 button. I did have to change the mic sensitivity in the app because when I first used the lights I had to put my speaker about a foot away from the mic, but with a llittle higher sensitivity it all worked out. I have already bought another set for my nephew, on the condition that he washes his walls first, which he did and they've been up for a few weeks now. I can't stop raving about these lights to friends and I'm pretty sure they will pick some up soon. I love these lights.

The Pros: •Easy to install. Took me and my friend 30 minutes. •Nice quality. The Cons: •If you connect it to the app and accidently press "shake to turn on" and then start using the remote you will think a demon possessed your lights. Because everytime your phone moves even a little bit or none at all your lights will turn red for a minute and then flash red (probably because thats the main color I use.) They go insane. Then you go insane. Next thing you know there's an priest at your house to exorcize your light demons. (Thats a joke im just really dumb when it comes to these lights) Its just a mess. •The make your own color thing you see on tiktok doesn't really work with this (or at least I haven't figured out how to do it but given the last con its probably that im just dumb) Tips: •Use the app if you want a dimmer color than what the remote gives you. •The music mode just changes colors, its not to the beat of the music or anything. •Get a friend to help you put these up. Im an independent little 5 foot tall white girl and tried to do it myself at first and smacked myself in the face with the coil of lights and fell off the ladder I was using.

Nice Les lights stick on well and they look very cool I love all the colors on them and I’m sure they will stick around for long enough.

Color is Bright. Easy to put up. I put them up in my son’s bedroom before we moved in his new furniture. The next day most of it had fallen down. I was disappointed as I wanted to see how they worked with his music. Frustrated he took them all down.

The best LED my kids had. Using it every day for a couple of months now. Great price and quality packaging, easy to install, no issues so far. Comes with warranty. Remote works fine. Big thanks to the manufacturer and the seller!

All of the LED lights have lovely colors and are quite clear. Overall, I really like that the strap is not falling and it is not tearing the wall out, but I couldn't really figure out how to join the two straps and make my own shades.

J'ai essayé d'autres bandes lumineuses avant et je dois dire que celle-ci est la meilleure que j'ai eu. La luminosité est impressionnante et l'adhésion est sans reproche. J'ai même été capable de décoller et replacer une partie que j'avais mal installé et elle tient très bien encore. Le seul regret c'est qu'on ne puisse pas la contrôler avec l'assistant intelligent.

My 11 year old was desparate for led lights. We needed something easy to install, a kit that came with everything needed and a remote he could be self sufficient with. This set ticked all the boxes. I would highly recomend.

Looks and works great and even has great adhesive my only complains would be he the fact that it dosent come with LED links to link more bars and it only comes with 2 L shape connectors so it was a little difficult to make it go around my bed as shown and it comes with a quite disgusting and potent smell of burned plastic i had to ventilate it outside, the smell was so strong i think it just might be toxic
