It's been a month now and I love this because I can feel how my body have changed and adapted. I use to love eatiing greasy food like Chow mein or pho. But now because of taking this Cleanse, my body have rejected greasy/oily food. My body would now only accept healthy food and food that doesnt contain too much greasy/oily food. When I do eat greasy food, the food gets into my stomach and it upsets my stomach. minutes later..I would feel like I need to puke or use the bathroom.It has allow me to be a picky eater where I am making healthier choices for me. Which is a good thing. I want to be healthier and my body has now allow me to only eat healthy food that doesnt consist of greasy and oily food. :D

Works well to cleanse system.

I was taking these with the Green coffee bean diet plan...it's okay and does its job for about 3 days. Then it just made my stomach constantly grumbly...I didn't lose any weight and this was in addition to diet and exercise with the help of a nutritional specialist. She never heard of this diet...it's all ogre the internet right now though. Claiming that you'll lose extreme weight without changing your diet or exercise. Bottom line- it didn't do much.

These really messed up my bowl movements. After taking these pills it made my stool runny and oily. It was quite frightening the first time it happened. I stopped taking it after a week. After taking it for a week my bowels took probably about 3 weeks to go back to a normal routine. I was heavily constipated after I stopped taking them. And I couldn't even go once a day like I was supposed to. I would go maybe once a week and it was so uncomfortable and painful.

It works for me. I will buy it again.

Colo Thin is really work for me I don't get any exercise I loss 5 lbs in tree weeks.

I didn't really lose the weight I wanted to but the product is good for cleansing your colon. It helped relieve that bloating feeling.
