This is probably my third one because people keep taking them! This is perfect for anyone who gets migraines or headaches. When you feel like crap- you will try anything. Will you look silly? Sure. Do you care? No. It stays flexible- reminds me a bit like a thin wetsuit like material and is meant to be tight. Never leaks, and stays cool a very long time. Freezer was too cold but refrigerator was perfect. Put this on, lay down, and wake up feeling much better! Everyone who tries this often wants it- which is why I have bought several!

Helps with migraines
Do not put it in the freezer, it is too cold and feels uncomfortable. Rather keep it in the refrigerator, as you can immediately wear it when you feel a headache coming on.
