Great quality, used for inks and watercolour, gave a very good effect

This is really good quality watercolor paper!! I recommend using something more gentle like washi tape to border as a stronger masking tape might rip the paper. The sparkles are really subtle but definitely noticeable!! Definitely added an extra layer of beauty to my work. Works just fine with gouache as well- but you won't see the sparkles if you use this paint.PROS:- lovley sparkle- good quality paper- good value for moneyCONS:- doesn't work well with stronger masking tape

Absolutely stunning paper, brilliant for greetings cards, glitter shows through wet in wet and wet on dry techniques.Just adds that special something to a really good quality watercolour paper.Picture is of background wash but you get the drift and can still see the glitter effect.

I didn’t realise the paper was sparkly until I purchased it but it’s really subtle so just a accent to a finished piece rather than dominating. Love the paper and so cheap. Papers arrived in great packaging that kept the paper very safe.

Fairly new to watercolour, I bought this hot pressed paper as it seemed good value for me to practice realistic/detailed flowers. The paper has an encapsulated sparkle, which looks pretty for flowers but not ideal for all subjects. It is fairly easy to use but the colour lifts after several layers (but that may be me at fault, not the paper!). Picture from Naturestudio tutorial (Anna Mason).

The glitter is gorgeous. I wondered if it would show up after painting on it and it does. It's really beautiful and the packaging is so lovely

Même si je ne vais pas faire de chefs d’oeuvre avec ce papier il apporte un petit truc en plus à mes petites aquarelles. Le papier est bon , pas excellent mais vraiment plus que correct. Parfait pour l’aquarelle florale ou de paysage. Les petites paillettes ne partent pas avec l’eau et ne restent pas sur le pinceau. Bien préparé avec du ruban de masquage il ne gondole pas. Il se comporte comme un papier de moyenne gamme et n’absorbe pas trop vite. Les paillettes se remarquent discrètement après l’application des couleurs même avec celles un peu opaques. Il est très joliment et bien emballé. A 28€ les 40 feuilles de format presque A4 et en 100% coton c’est super un rapport qualité/prix.
