Works well
I've just used this on two 11 hour flights. It isn't absolutely perfect, but I don't think perfection exists. I found it to be really good and would buy again. I think it deserves 5 stars. You also get earplugs with it, which I did use and an eye mask, which I didn't. I accidentally left the elastic of the eye mask outside the pouch, and with the drawstring closed, it was a handy loop for attaching to the outside of your luggage when you board. It doesn't push your head away from the seat back like some of these pillows do. You can tweak the inflation for your needs. I am a small female and found it quite comfy even if it looks a little silly.

Wow, I love this travel cushion. It feels very comfy. It can be used in various ways, and comes with a detachable hood, an eye mask and ear plugs!! Can't wait to try it our for real.

Not that great.
Was looking for a different pillow as I'm tall and usually uncomfortable on long trips (13 hours or so). Based on other reviews, I was expecting a great different experience, but it was pretty much the same as with other pillows. The quality of the materials and the inflatable system are great. Comfort is not.

Extremely uncomfortable
Very poorly designed product. I bought this for a long trip & wasn’t able to find a single comfortable neck position using this product during the entirety of my 10 hour flight. It was an very frustrating experience. Don’t waste your money

Will not inflate. There isn't an adapter provided to allow easy inflation .
