Review: Admissible in the context of 'water proof' cement primer primer - So far it seems to be a good water resistant primer, when used as per the recommendations. Performance during the monsoon season is yet to be tested in the upcoming monsoon season. Tested by pouring water and seems satisfactory; no seepage observed into cement plastering. Coverage is good, value for money. Colour/brightness is not par with the exterior cement primers from paint manufacturers but admissible in the context of water proofing.
