I received my bottle of ksm 66 but nowhere on the bottle does it say the words ashwagandha. is it really ashwagandha?

Does it have milk in it?

No. Just Ashwagandha, magnesium stearate, which helps your body absorb it, and vegetable cellulose, which is what the capsules are made of.

Why does this brand have much less ksm66 compared to another brand being sold here that contains 1000mg per 2 caps for half the price? i'm confused

Because 1000mg in a single dose is WAY more than necessary! One shouldn’t be taking more than 300mg-600mg a day to get the maximum benefit.
