Seems to work well for sealing around the fasteners to prevent leaking

This is a very good product. Sticky but runs a bit.

Good stuff for sure
I had the gutter seams on a metal building I own sealed. The contractor that did the work said this will be his go to sealer. Since then I have used it on a roof wind turbine install and a few other places like around windows with excellent results.

Please DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Absolutely useless product, it does NOT seal anything, with first rain the product cracks and washes away, kids glue does more sealing than this product which is a failure by design, it should never carry a name METAL ROOF!!! It didn’t even seal metal roof screws and actually caused more damage to my roof by allowing more water through its cracked texture, the production of this product should be stopped to prevent further metal roof repairs failures.

Good Quality Product
I used the sealant for a metal roof flashing. The product was easy to use, it flowed evenly from the tube as expected and created an excellent seal. A heavy rain storm the next day tested the seal and it passed with zero leaks.

this titebond metal roof sealant is fantastic - I put it on my outbuilding metal roof where it was leaking and after several heavy rains -- no more leaks ---I am a happy camper
