A: Hello,our glows stones are made of high-quality resin, which are non-toxic and do not contain any radioactive elements. And the size is about one inch.They are harmless to fish and turtles, you can clean them before putting them in the turtle tank.

**Q: Are the opaque? I worry about glass stones in a garden, magnifying sun rays and causing sparks (fire)**
A: My stones (even though they don't glow at night) sit in 100+ degrees on black mulch and pine needle. I haven't had any problem with them yet.
