This herb is the best product I used. The stuff in the bag is real and the bag size is big. After the herb is soaked in the hot water for some time, the color of the water is very dark and medicine is a lot and could be absorbed by feet. It is really helpful. Package arrived faster than expected. There is clear instructions with 30 bags of foot bath herb in a big zip-lock to ensure air seal. Upon opening the zip-lock bag, the fragrance of the herbs spread through the living room, showing the authenticity and high quality of the herbs. Their woven bags are made with material that is hardy and hold up well without tearing even after cooking (for maximum efficiency in extraction). Being from the tropics and experiencing winter in the mid-latitudes for the first time, there is the fear that my body cannot adapt to the change in environment. After using the foot bath, I feel that it helps with circulation, bringing better sleep and subsequently more energy through the day.
