I have been buying this yuzu extract since before the price hike. It pains me to replenish, but this is the best yuzu extract available in America.

I absolutely love this yuzu juice! The yuzu flavor is incredibly rich and authentic,bright, citrusy, and wonderfully aromatic without tasting artificial. I used it to make a Yuzu Matcha Basque Cheesecake, and the combination turned out amazing. The refreshing yuzu flavor balanced the richness of the cheesecake perfectly and added a very elegant citrus note. Highly recommend for anyone who loves Japanese citrus flavors or enjoys baking.

I love this yuzu extract! It has a fresh, tangy citrus flavor that I use in so many different ways. I add it to sparkling water, tea, marinades, dressings, and even regular drinking water for a refreshing citrus boost. The large bottle also lasts a long time. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that the bottle doesn't clearly say "Refrigerate After Opening." That's important information for a product like this, and I think it should be printed on the label to avoid any confusion. Other than that, it's a great product, and I'll continue buying it.

Originally bought as a gift, it didn't quite make it in time so we kept it. It's so yummy, and it's been fun trying to see where we can use it. It was a much large bottle than expected, so we have plenty to work with still.

I work in a 3 star Michelin restaurant and this is the exact same one we have in the kitchen. The key when buying Yuzu is to look for 100% pure Yuzu. The other ones for sale on amazon are made with water, sugar and malic acid, these unnecessary ingredients change the real flavor profile of the yuzu itself thus making it taste like crap. So, you can buy this one, trusting me and the product.

Buenisimo para mezclar con agua natural o mineral

This brand of Yuzu juice has a slightly milder taste vs. other brands, and noticeably less sour, but still have that strong distinct yuzu fruit taste. It's excellent regardless for making drinks (which is my typical use a majority of the time). But I find other brands with more intense sour taste are better for cooking or for salad dressing. FYI: this bottle has a best-before date of October, 2025.
