Awesome!
Awesome shoes. Usually wear a 5.10 Freerider Pro. Actually bought these to wear at my wedding :) Love the little pouch to hide the laces. Comfortable. Grippy. Gravity oriented rider. Tons of support. Love the little grippy bits on the inside for the heel. Seems like they thought of quite a few small things to set these shoes apart from others. I’d buy them again for sure!

Most durable MTB shoe
Have owned a couple pair off these in my 25 yr MTB career. Started riding in 99’ with old tennis shoes. Have tried several brands and styles and always come back to these for flats. Durable top side with just enough flex to be comfortable and a surface that allows u to wipe clean with wet cloth, decent venting, quick lacing with a tongue pocket to store excess lace and not have to retie mid ride, true to size with roomy toe box and the sole is grippy but extremely durable for a gum-sole flat. Last pair I got over 2 seasons of 1200-1500 miles. Cost is last plus. Crank bros makes quality products with good pricing. Zero complaints, lots of positives.

Really great shoes
The media could not be loaded. Hello, first time wearing crankbrothers shoes, and I can tell you these are really great, I like the fact that the foam on the back part really hugs (LOL) you feet and wont slip for sure, and the little shoe lace hiding compartment that can be used to hide the top part of the shoe lace, avoid to get caught on branches etc. waterproofing is really nice actually I rode on the really wet weather and it hold pretty well at least the front part of the shoe. Cheers

Liked everything but the sole.
I loved the speed laces! The sizing is true. The lace pouch is neat (though I’ve never had an issue with my bows). The shoe is comfortable. My only issue is that they don’t connect to the peddle well. I have peddles very similar to the crank bros, but that’s really finicky anyway, if I have to run CR peddles to have these shoes, that’s almost an insult. Anyhow I bought 5ten freeride pro and side by side, there’s no comparison, the 5tens demolish the crank bros. All the neato features mean nothing is the shoe doesn’t connect to the peddle well. That said, 5ten are 50% Expensive, and about 50% better, so where is your money best spent?

Love these shoes!
I got a pair of these for my boyfriend for Christmas in 2023. He’s a contractor and therefore sometimes gets in situations when he’s unprepared and not in his work boots. These shoes held up. They’re very durable and he loves the way they look on a casual day. I bought another pair for him just recently at his request.

Wish I would have gotten some of these years ago.
Used them for about 6 sessions and man these are nice, been holding up way better than the hiking shoes I've been using. Grip really well on the tall lugs and pretty stiff soles. The tongue has a pocket to tuck the laces in and they have a rubber like coating on the outside. They breathe way better than I thought and not bad walking in. Been using them exclusively for mtb trail riding. Very happy with purchase. A++++

Great fit!
I have always had an issue with ATB shoes - they were, almost always, too narrow., and I wear a 10.5 EE shoe These fit great! I have not had the opportunity to ride with them yet - I am going "retro" (back to non-clipless pedals), and these shoes got reasonably good reviews. I am shifting away from Time ATAC pedals to Suntour Greaseguards (took a while to find them).

Nice and easy, but size up! Durability update
These shoes slip on and off easily enough (but stay put), and I really like the laces pouch on the tongue that keeps them from getting caught in your crank. The sole feels sturdy and solid, and isn't too stiff for daily walking.GET A SIZE LARGER! Maybe a half size, but plan on returning the first pair if you get your normal size. I'm a size 12 in every shoe I've had since I was 15, but these in a size 12 were extremely cramped. I got a size 13 and they fit comfortably!Update: I placed the order for these shoes on August 24th and it is currently December 17th. The shoes have already gotten a hole worn through the sole from my pedals. I will definitely be looking for other shoes for my next purchase. Not stoked about the longevity of these shoes
