Best Naturals 100% Pure MSM Powder, 1Lb

I bought this after watching bloggers on YouTube. I really bought it just doe for hair growth, I didn't realise it had so many more uses until I started using it. Not only is my hair growing, my skin is clearer and I do not feel the pain in my knees where I feel really badly on them. This is excellent for joint and muscle pain. This is the first time I have brought msm. I did alot of research and found out the wonderful benefits of msm. So I wanted to buy some, because I have painful arthritis in my left hip. And other aches and pains. I've had this pain for about a year and a half and I'm 47 years old. I've only been taking the msm for about one week, so I need to leave it longer to see if it helps. It looks like little crystals, which is good. I've heard about the horrible taste, but I mix mine in a little pure orange juice and drink it quickly and it doesnt taste that bad. But it's best to mix it in a little juice, so that if you dont like the taste, then you haven't got that much to drink and you can always drink alot more fluid after, as I've heard you need to drink plenty of water while taking it. I started off taking 1/8 of a teaspoon. Only a small amount, because I heard of some side effects that people have had and I wanted to see how my body reacts. And I've built it up slowly to half a teaspoon. I think it made me a little tired a first. Other than that, Ive been alright taking it. I really hope in time I notice the benefits other people have. Also even though I like to read reviews, I never know weather to trust them ? And I never leave reviews, so finally I'm writing a review.

The only downfall to this product is each time I had it, I was sleepy and couldn’t function so take less than a tea spoon and build up to the desired dose it takes a few weeks. Be warned !!

Too soon to tell. Seems ok so far.Crystalizes in the end of the glass.Clumps well, good sign that shows there are no flow agents in the MSM.Reasonable price.

I liked it was delivered on time, but the product is advertised as powder when in fact its in crystal form, very disappointed. Can't use it for the original purpose it was brought for.
