Vintage 1950's Floral Spring Garden Party Picnic Dress Party Cocktail Dress

This was a lovely, modest dress, well stitched and with good fabric. It was a bit looser around the waist than I would have liked but that was because I ordered up as I was worried about the fit buying on line. It fit well on the bust as I am top heavy and the waist was easily fixed by using a black broad belt. I washed it by hand for the first time and it didn't shrink or change colour. I only found it a bit hard to iron out the bow on the collar area as I prefer ironing on the wrong side to prevent that shiny look that sometimes appears It was totally worth the money!

This is a really cute dress! I got the bowknot style with black-red dots, in a small, and it fits great and actually feels comfortable! It doesn't flare out as much as the picture implies, but all in all it's a great dress! I haven't got to wear it for a long period yet, only tried it on, but it really does look nice and isn't too tight or too big! I'm 5"3, roughly 112 lbs. with a bust of a 34C and it's really nice! As a bonus - this dress came today, November 27th, and wasn't predicted to arrive until Dec. 10-29! So SUPER early! I was super excited to get it, and I love it. Would definitely recommend!

Sized according to chart, waist was exact, but bust was way to small. Cute dress, exchanging.

This dress is really cute and good quality. However it has no give in the material and it's a lot longer than I expected. I did buy a Petticoat to wear underneath and it does look good with or without. I'm 122lbs and 5'3. This dress went all the way down to my lower calf of my legs. It is a little tight across the top.

I'm 5'2"-5'3" and weigh anywhere between 110-120 lbs, wear a 34 D bra, my waist is 28", and hips 37". This dress fits perfectly, I ordered a small. The material is good quality, no areas with strings hanging out, and all of the seams are sewn correctly. If you are looking for a nicely made classic dress that is super cute and fits well, this is a great dress to choose. This can be worn with or without a petticoat, though I prefer wearing a petticoat to give it that extra flare. Definitely would recommend this dress. I love it :)

I got so many compliments while wearing this dress! I bought it to wear as part of a Minnie Mouse costume for Halloween, and it was perfect for that. I assumed that it may only be suitable for costume purposes, but I will definitely wear this again as a dress. It is very nicely made with a good fabric, not thin at all like I expected for the price. I read the size chart before buying so knew I needed to size up from my regular dress size (I typically wear large (12/14), so I bought the XXL which was listed as equivalent to a 14.) The size chart was accurate, and the dress fit as I expected. I did have to purchase a separate belt as the included belt was a bit small.

I am in Love with this dress, heck I'm in love with this style of dress. I was unsure of how it would look on me when purchasing it so I only got one, when I really wanted to get more, and I am so glad I got it and already ordered another one, different colors and top style, The first time I wore it I got so many compliments on it and it hasn't stopped. It is a little tight on me in the top because I am bigger chested but its not an uncomfortable tight so its all good. knowing I can pull off this dress and me being a size 20 boosts my confidence and it shows when wearing. A very Great buy.

Returned twice. XL to small returned for 4XL (wears a 16) which fitted like the XL. Very pretty dress but sizes are really off. Very disappointing.
