Will this work with Verizon or Visible?

YES. As of July 24, 2022, I put my Verizon iPhone sim into the router. Turned it on. After about 5 min, it automatically configured itself to use Verizon. I confirmed this by logging into the web interface. It detected a Verizon sim. Ookla speedtest ran with 50 mbs download and 5 mbs upload. This test was done sitting about 3 ft from the router.

Does this device accept a sim card exactly like a samsung android phone and is it compatible with t-mobile band 4?

The sim card is a micro sim size, not a nano sim size. Yes, it is compatible with the t-mobile band 4.

Are there any recommended external gl made antennas that i can use to boost the lte input signal?

Currently, we do not have any GL made antennas, sorry for the inconvenience! You could consider other brand's SMA male antennas.
