Plant was just as i pictured
The plant came wrapped up to protect it during delivery and was in perfect shape and healthy when i opened the package. Will definitely order from this vendor again. Love the ficus.

Poor Customer Support from California Tropicals
The plant did not arrive as was reported by Amazon and the USPS. When I requested a refund, California Tropicals told me to contact USPS to submit a claim. Since when is it the customer's responsibility to trouble shoot a package that was shipped but didn't arrive. I won't purchase from California Tropicals again. The plant did finally arrive but that doesn't change the lack of customer support from the seller.

Arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described
Exactly as described, growing in pot and not a rootbound plant in a tiny 2 inch pot stuck in a 6 inch pot for selling. This is a very healthy looking plant with lots of new growth and no worse the wear for shipping due to the care taken in shipping. There is no damage at all even though it traveled across the country. I highly recommend buying from this seller.

Exactly as listed and much nicer than I expected
I know Ficus can be cranky little brats but that comes later. Right now, I am delighted with a lovely and very healthy looking plant (new leaf growth showing). It was packed and potted well with the soil still moist. Very pleased.
