The knife is very comfortable to use , very sharp ,the wood handle helps to control when using it to cut . I fined the Quality superb and the 9" length makes the usage also I must . thanks

Superb knife well balanced & sharp

Bought this as a gift for my partner, who loves it. It's perfect for sourdough and harder breads, and cuts them so easily! It looks like a fancy knife and overall I think it's very good value for money. We've had it for 6 months now and are very pleased with it. It's way too sharp, so keep it away from kids!

At first this was razer sharp would slice through soft tomato's easily, then it became blunt, real blunt tomato's would just squish, until that is I took a sharpening stone to it. went to open a plastic bag of chicken, took one big swipe right through the tip of my finger and straight through the bag. well at least its sharp again I guess. Sadly headed down to my drs to see the nurse to get finger fixed up and was told come back tomorrow, wait what. :) yea NHS cut backs, fortunately I had some duck tape I had also bought from Amazon so stuck some plaster over the wound after cleaning , covered in duck tape and fixed it myself. :)

I’ve had the bread knife a now and I’ve found hard to cut straight it wants to the left and hard to sharpen it gets bunt very quick I’ve just got one which stainless steel from well know supermarket for £8.00 it cuts straight and sharpens easily

Originally I bought. bread knife from William Sonoma for x3 the cost of this one. I ended up returning that knife because it was not great quality and dull. I am much happier with this knife! It cuts my homemade bread beautifully, is pretty sharp, and feels high quality. I love the durable wooden handle. My only wish is that it came with a protective cover or sheath rather than being in my kitchen drawer exposed.

Das Messer hat ein sehr gutes Aussehen und ist sehr wertig verarbeitet. Die Schärfe würde sich so manche Bedienung in einem Grossmarkt wünschen; man muss unachtsame Verwendung vermeiden und zwar bis in die Spitze. (Eigene Erfahrung)

The knife is solid however struggles to slice a sourdough base. I would return it if I could!

This is my second knife of this brand and I couldn't be happier. Well made, thick blade and comfortable grip makes it perfect to cut my wife sourdough bread. We had an old bread knife and it simply didn't work when sourdough with thick, crispy skin showed up on our kitchen counter. It was tearing the bread apart instead of slicing it. We needed to buy a new knife and this one was a perfect pick. Happy with this purchase.
