I have been making tuna salad, and these came in handy when I was buying tuna in bulk. Prefer to buy them in these pouches. The salt content is moderate. The quality of the tuna seems good, and it has a good amount of tuna.

This Bumblebee light tuna has the lowest sodium level that I've found, other than the very pricey reduced sodium albacore variety. The light tuna is delicious and budget friendly. My Kitty Guy Logan and I love it!

Good for tuna salad but dry outta pack

EDIT: for a QUICK INEXPENSIVE PROTEIN-PACKED MEAL, I mix one of these packets with the KRAFT WHITE CHEDDAR BOWLS. REALLY FAST and EASY and helps me get more protein in my day (while also TASTING GREAT)! If you work in an office and don't have much time or money, keeping these packets and Kraft bowls in your desk will save you bucks, time and better than vending machine fare.______________________________________________PROS:GREAT TASTE - Fresh and I love it's packed in water. The expiration date was about two years out, so that was really good.NICE SIZE for the money - Just enough for a sandwich or to add to my mac and cheese.PACKAGING - I NO LONGER get canned tuna. I think the kind in packets tastes much better and fresher.CONVENIENT - I no longer drive and so just take a taxi shopping a couple times a month, so Prime delivery is great AND it's the same price, or LESS, than I get at the store.NO CONS - if anything changes, I will update.
