I like the taste and they do seem to give me some additional endurance on the Padel court

As a diabetic these are great for low blood sugars. However, the new design of packet feels hard + sharp and like it's going to cut my mouth. I much preferred the older design, it was much softer.

Use these for my diabetic hypos. Very sugary and fast acting. Berry flavour tastes a bit like a very sugary strawberry/rasberry fromage frais yoghurt. Great price when on sale, which they often are!

These energy gels are fantastic! I swear by the High 5 products for running. They are easy to open, the consistency is much easier to swallow mid-run, compared to other energy gels on the market. They are also really good value for money. Highly recommend!

These are the best energy gels I’ve used in terms of taste and consistency and I’ve used them for over a year now religiously. However, recently they have changed the packaging and it’s terrible. The top now doesn’t come off completely, which I get reduces waste, but the bit thats still connected is on the same side as the hole and gets in the way when you're trying to consume the gel, also cuts into the side of your lips. It’s also now very difficult to tear the top if the packaging gets wet in the rain. The packaging is also now much thicker meaning it’s harder to actually get the gel out and there’s always some left in the packet which I can’t get out. Really frustrating as its such a good product but they need to change the packaging back to what it was before.

Great taste, easy on the stomach and a great pure CLEAN carb source. No fillers unlike other ‘hyped up’ brands.

Der Geschmack ist angenehm und nicht zu süß, sodass sie sich auch bei längeren Touren gut einnehmen lassen. Die Gels liefern schnell Energie und sind praktisch für unterwegs.Auch preislich sind sie absolut in Ordnung und bieten ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich werde sie definitiv weiter kaufen und kann sie allen empfehlen, die beim Wandern oder Sport eine zuverlässige Energiequelle suchen.

This helped me refuel and get an extra boost on the last part of my first 10K! Great taste and you don’t need water with it. I chose Berry. Very happy to have this on my long runs.
