Yes, I just received this today to replace a RC-1244 that my puppy chewed up, and the RC-1228 sold in this listing appears to be working just fine with my Denon AVR-S760H

What does “sub” mean? will it work on my denon rcd-m38, which uses the rc1127 remote?
