i guess it can be trusted
looks authentic . tried using this to cook porridge today, it made my porridge flavorful.soak dried scallops in water for 2-3 h to soften before adding this to porridge.i would not trust dried scallops from china as itโs hard to differentiate the quality via website and picture ... japan scallops are the way to go
