Well it's Friday I'm a maintenance person and I'm not exhausted. It's thick like bitumen desolves in hot water rather than lukewarm i add cold after its melted my colleague is from Nepal and recognised the product he explained were it comes from. I think its very very good its only been a week planning on using for a month then resting a month using in cycles used slightly more because I'm a big old guy I will stick with this product.
