I have been using this protein for several days and so far the experience has been very positive It is easily mixed with water or milk without leaving lumps and the Strawberry Banana flavor is pleasant without being too sweet The packaging arrived well sealed and in perfect condition I use it after training and it has seemed to me a practical option to complement my diet I would definitely buy it again

I absolutely love this flavor! Since strawberries and bananas are two of my favorite fruits, this protein powder was perfect for me. The flavor is delicious, it’s smooth, and it makes my protein shakes taste amazing. I actually look forward to drinking it every day. I’ll definitely be purchasing this flavor again!

Strawberry/Banana -- I use end up using this only in vegetable/fruit smoothies, and other creations... In the smoothies the flavor just dissapears and tastes like its part of the fruit mix, its great in that way, you dont know its there. I cant drink it in plain water it just never tastes right, it disolves fine, but seems to still have a powdery taste somehow. Its very good and milk, just doesnt happen to be my favorite in just milk so I dont drink it taht way often.Vanilla -- awesome in milk... tastes like vanilla icecream... I guess melted icecream, but very yummy. Cant drink this one in plain water. Not really bad in the veggie/fruit smoothies... but not good either. Pretty good in iced coffee.Extreme chocolate milk -- all around this is my favorite. So far its the only one I can drink in water, and it tastes like chocolate milk. Even better in milk. Makes iced coffee almost like an iced mocha. As strange as this sounds I even like this in the green smoothies. This is great all around for lots of uses. Im normally not a chocolate fan, but this is my favorite ON whey so far.I really like the ON brand, and I almost only use them, clean ingredients, they care for their quality, and very reasonable priced... ON might not be the best of any of those 3 categories, but seems to be the best all around in those 3 that Ive ever seen.

The mix is very high quality mix of whey isolate and whey concentrate, and it has a better consistency than pure whey isolate products. I find in water that the flavor is quite poor (as it typically is for any protein powder), but it mixes well into juices, which is how I prefer to take my protein. It can also mix well with milk. The price is excellent for what you get. Don't be tricked into paying more for higher protein mixes. They usually just increase the serving size to add more protein, and the human body cannot anabolically use more than 30g of protein in one sitting -- anything more is just burned as energy. I've seen mixes with 50+g of protein in one serving, which in reality would only give you ~6g more than this mix.Having tried several flavors, here is how I review each:Strawberry-bananaThis one has a distinct, very artificial flavor that is kind of unpleasant. I don't recommend it. When I drank this I would only drink it mixed into a fruit/vegetable juice, which masked the flavor somewhat. I give this flavor 2/5 stars.Vanilla ice creamThis really tastes like vanilla ice cream, with a very vanilla-like smell. This also mixes well into vegetable juices, but is also great in milk, which makes it taste kind of like melted ice cream. Much better flavor than the strawberry-vanilla. I give this flavor 4/5 stars.Extreme milk chocolateSeriously tastes identical to a chocolate cocoa mix. You could mix this into hot water or milk and get hot cocoa, but with a big protein boost. A great flavor for drinking on its own in water or milk. I give this flavor 5/5 stars.

I just had Bariatric Sleeve Surgery and am required to drink between 3-5 shakes/day. Which gets expensive. Anyway. I cannot have artificial sugar products. They give me horrendous stomach aches , which is only if I don't throw up. I started using Gold Standard back in 2011. When I was a gym rat, as it is the only one I can stomach the taste, and the minuscule amount of "sweetener". My favorites were always the Banana Creme ,Strawberry/Banana, and Chocolate Malt, but nobody ever carries those three flavors, so I usually have to go with some kind of chocolate. I actually just came on Amazon to see if I could get them cheaper, as I do have to drink so much of it and it is not cheap ( $60+tx ) in the store. I was thoroughly delighted to find this one only $53 with tax and ( it is over $60+ in the Store) -0- shipping with Prime, and it was delivered to me, in less than a couple of hours. So not only were they less expensive, but they ( Amazon) also had all three of favorite my flavors. So kudos. I will definitely be back for more.
