What are the actual dimensions of the tub?

The interior dimensions are approximately 12 by 7 by 5 inches while the exterior dimensions, 14.8 by 9.5 by 6.5 inches.

Question 2

How can I keep the wax melted without it being too hot for my hands? Increasing and then decreasing the temperature takes at least 40 mins.

Hi,

This is Ruth here, the founder of Ella Bella … Thank you for your question on our Infuser Machine.

I would recommend using the timer mode instead. To do this, tap and hold the power button for 3 seconds after plugging the machine in. Set the time to 30 minutes. After this time, the machine will beep and then lower the temperature down automatically to 127 F. Always test the temperature of the paraffin wax on the inside of your wrist gently.

Do you have to use a specific brand of wax?

This is Ruth here, the founder of Ella Bella … thank you for your question on our Paraffin Wax Machine.

You don't need to use a specific brand of wax. The machine comes with 4 blocks of wax, and when you do need to replace, we can of course provide replacement blocks.

Does the rack in the bottom need to be removed when not in use?
