Because it is lightweight it is easy to handle and it has good coverage. It also protects the furniture from rainy weather and sun damage. On the other hand, being lightweight it can blow off if it’s not secured. It has a drawstring to tighten the bottom and the four corners have a strap to go around a leg of the furniture. Because my furniture has short, wide legs it wasn’t possible to use these straps.
