Nice insoles
I really like these insoles. They get used for work and long distance hiking. Very comfortable and easily worth the price. They lasted for over a hundred miles of trail hiking. Very supportive and good cushioning.

It depends on your needs and the type of shoe you have
My toes are killing me they don’t stop my feet from sliding in the shoe, but I did notice that my legs weren’t hurting my knees weren’t hurting. My arches weren’t hurting. My heels weren’t hurting. I just need to find the proper shoes so I can use these puppies. they lift your feet up in your shoes , so thick socks may be a problem.

Good arch support; takes time to get used to
These insoles are thin and about a medium support. They are a little lower in the arch than what I need to reduce pain from plantar fasciitis. I ordered these for my brother. He has cancer and is on chemo. He sometimes has to stay at my house. I bought him slip on shoes to wear when he goes in the backyard. They didn't have great insoles which is why I ordered these. This was my brother's first time trying insoles with any support. He said they hurt his feet. I don't know if he'll be able to wear them enough to get used to them. He is going to keep trying. Proper footwear can help with posture as well as reduce pain in your feet and knees. These insoles seem like a good start for someone to try and figure out the right support. ***Tip - if your insoles cause a squeaky sound, you can put a dryer sheet between the insole and your shoes. No more letting people know you are coming before you are in the room.

Perfect fit
My husband needed new insoles for his favorite work shoes. These slipped into his 11.5 shoe and fit perfectly no need to cut them down. The arch support is nice and he likes them.

When they say high arch, they mean it
The arch was too high for me but the support for high arch is definitely a plus for these insoles.
