This is the most beautiful sofa. It's comfortable and built well. I have only had it for three weeks but I couldn't be more pleased. It's sized just right, it will not eat up your entire room. The delivery was late and challenging at best but the sofa is wonderful. It is a true white, not off white or cream, but white.

I was really concerned about ordering an expensive couch site unseen from Amazon and doubly concerned about how difficult it would be if I didn't like it or there was a problem. But with all the inventory issues with other furniture makers, I needed something now and didn't want to wait 6-8 months. I'm so happy I took the plunge, because the sofa is great. Beautiful leather and extremely comfortable and looks really great. It's definitely cream color and not white (I'm happy I read those reviews). I later noticed a sentence in small print which said if we ordered it directly from them they would provide in house delivery. Wish I would have seen that earlier. We hired someone to put it together and he did it very easily in about an hour. So happy!!

There was some issues with communication back and forth with the seller. I was told it would arrive on a specific day and then it didn’t arrive until a week later. It finally arrived and I thought it was good for the price until I noticed the legs are not the same as pictured, and the chaise came damaged so nobody can even sit on that part .I feel like I’ll have an anxiety attack just trying to communicate to arrange a return somehow with an item so big so it’s just really unfortunate. Don’t order the couch
