I wasn't sure what to expect. First, I have no nails so it's hard to get off the card. I can't seem to do it w tweezers either. Who knows. Anyway, I also found it difficult at first to properly place them. After a few times I put them on easily. I found there was a difference in how I felt but it wasn't immediate. I didn't put it on and feel better 30 minutes later. For me it took at least 3 days before any significant difference. One day day I was in bed and had a full blown panic attack. I began to massage the beads on my ears. The panic attack eased quickly and was calmed within 3 to 4 minutes. I was impressed, and grateful I can add this to my arsenal to fight this anxiety disorder. This isn't going to cure anything but it can help relieve anxiety and certain types of pain. It stays on well. No one could see it. Yes, try this. I didn't leave the bead on for days at a time. I want to give the nerves and the skin in that area a break, let it rest before another treatment. I also like that these can be found dirt cheap compared to other relief products.
