I have been using this for about a week now. You are told that this type of flouride can lead to discolouration of teeth in some people but it is said to help with gum problems. So I use this only once a day with a soft brush at night, and brush in the morning with a whitening toothpaste and so far no staining. I will see what the dentist says about the condition of my gums on my next visit, and will carry on using if the signs are good.
