It is mild, so if you are expecting a strong oud typical of other Arabian companies (e.g., SwissArabian), you will be disappointed. What is left after several sprays is a mild oud with a lovely scent of flowers. This is not a strong scent. It is appropriate for both men and women. I cannot sense any rose. The only flower that I can think of that smells similar is carnation, although the company lists several other notes. All in all, I smell a mild oud along with a mixture of other flower scents that are not detectable to me.
