A: I do not believe that it does -- it is not mentioned anywhere on the packaging. It does say that it is a "Supersize formula with 3X collagen and keratin" -- I see the lycraflex mentioned on other Rimmel packaging but I do not actually know what it is. I can post the entire contents list if you would like. Just let me know.

I like the coloring for the mascara as the black really does pop, but it seems to smudge a little more than my liking when first put on. Rimmel does an amazing job with its products and this one is pretty up there especially for the price point. Worth a try, especially if your not like me and make a mess with it.
