I've had this heat pad for 4 years. It has been used almost daily for the last 2 years. It has been great to use on not only my lower back, but neck and shoulders. Over time the orbies start to explode and no longer spread out evenly as there isn't enough left for them to stay put. For the price and how much it has been used I'm happy with it and reordering another one.

I bought this in November - I have used it half a dozen times and now the small beads are coming out from one side, as shown in the photo so therefore can't use it as you can't put it in the microwave or freezer! I wanted to return it and hoped you'd replace it for a new one as it did help, ​but it's out of return date!

Very nice ice pack. With the strap it can be use in many different ways. Small bubbles are flexible and stays cold for long time. One side with a soft fabric makes it easy to apply against the skin.
