A: No,  it's not hot.  It's actually great at controlling sweat between your thighs.  It will be helpful for a dress or skirt during a Florida summer.

A: No, none of the skirts I own have been a problem.  These aren't like the older type of Skimmies, the are much more silky and slicker.  I love them.

**Q: How far down on the thigh do these hit? I'm looking for a pair that come closer to the knee.**
A: These did not come close to my knee. More like the length of men's boxer briefs.

**Q: Are these meant to be worn as underwear, or do you wear them on top of underwear?**
A: Hello, These are meant to be worn a an undergarment. However, if you prefer you can always wear underwear as well.
