These are the best vitamins especially for people who are looking for vitamin that have sensitivity

Less hair stress
Some experts say we don’t need biotin. However, I find that the biotin works well for me along with 500mgs of vitamin C and 500 mgs of pantothenic acid. My hair is stronger and there is less hair damage.

I've taken a lot of biotin sups over the years. I think I finally found the one! It takes about a month or so, but I definitely noticed new hair growth and my hair is thicker when I go to put it up. My hair stylist said the same when I was complaining about my hair being difficult to style (hahaha). I didn't realize I had so much new growth that my hair wasn't doing it's normal "thing." I can definitely play the waiting game with these kind of results!

Best Biotin!

Count the capsules!
I really like the product but just received my shipment and noticed a change. The company has moved from a glass bottle to plastic so, if you are a regular buyer, you may want to keep your old glass bottle and just transfer the contents. When doing that, the count seemed a little short. Normally, I don’t check amount but this time I did and it was short four capsules. Not to say that doesn’t happen but from now on I’ll be checking.
