If youve used these before, they are indeed true biopsy punches of different sizes. Nothing distinguishable from the ones in the clinic. While I was not aware these were suitable for piercing, they are certainly sharp enough to do so but please be responsible as these are literally designed to cut flesh efficiently.

I have ordered these often for scar removal rather than moh surgery. Most of the times they are very sharp, but there have been times that some of them are just blunt and do not function as expected.

I thought from the picture I was buying a variety of sizes but instead got a box full of one size. Picture is misleading and I was completely bummed out. I have no use for these.
