I’m 5’6 and 220 and it fit very well. Depends on how much back coverage you want though.

I wish I could give an exact measurement, but Im not at my location right now. I do know the description online said the apron is for a "medium size" person, and that is a correct statement. I am big busted and this apron looks funny on me but looks great on my sister because she is tall & thin like the body type shown in the photo.
