Lizard Skins DSP Ultra 1.1mm Bat Grip – Next-Gen Durasoft Polymer Baseball & Softball Bat Tape

This tape goes on smooth and sticks really well to my son's bat. He has been using it now for a few months and the tape is still holding strong. He really likes the print design also.

My son, age 15, has been using the grip for about a month now. His practices have some fairly strenuous batting drills and it seems to be holding up well.

My son's bat is still in good hitting condition and is his go to favorite. However, over the last two years his grip has lost that good stick it has when brand new. We initially looked at new grips in person at a sporting goods store but they did not carry the color my son wanted. But after physically touching multiple brands he liked the feel of the Lizard Skin the best. Amazon had a great selection of patterns and colors to choose from! It was easy to remove the old grip and apply the Lizard Skin. And applying the new grip was easy peasy! We did clean the handle with some isopropyl alcohol after removing the old grip to make sure we got rid of all the old residue. Great product and really helped bring an older bat back to life. We have done 2 so far but will be redoing the grip of all our bats now!

Feels nice and grippy and soft. I do wish there was another foot of it, its a kinda small roll. Still think I prefer regular hockey tape or the thinner roll of this stuff.

I’ve used lizard skins on all my archery bows, it’s great to grip without being sticky. Easy to apply and doesn’t marr finish on bow grip
