Greetings, I've tried different brands of Organic Gelatinized Maca Powder over the years. Terrasoul takes the GOLD. I knew as soon as I opened the package, it was the real deal. I add a tablespoon with my morning greens powder. The taste is good, and the fine powder is quality. There's many health articles out there on the benefits of maca; so I introduced it in my diet a number of years ago. Certainly great for a steady energy burn throughout the morning. Some of the benefits I've noticed: clarity of mind; good overall/balanced health; thyroid levels--normal; great for circulation. In my supplement regime there are certain supplements that are a "YES", and maca is one of them. Since maca is a staple in my nutritional wellness program, I'll return to Terrasoul's Organic Gelatinized Maca Powder again. It's simply a good, quality maca powder. Thank you!

This gelatinized maca powder had a somewhat nutty/butterscotch flavor... pretty good taste... and the fact that is gelatinized is a good thing, as it enhances the digestibility of the maca powder. It makes a great addition to yogurt and protein blended smoothies. Enjoy!

The product works great in terms of easily creating arousal in you. I can't speak to it having a direct effect on how hard you will get. But it does increase your arousal. I believe it also helps with energy a little bit.
