Review: Super detailed, small scale - Very small scale, but incredibly detailed. Easy one day assembly. No glue necessary but I used some Testors liquid cement to keep the parts from separating. Tamiya Panel Line Accent color in gray and black to bring out the details really made it pop!

**Q: Why is this so cheap?**
A: Because it's palmsize

**Q: does it comes painted?**
A: It does not come painted, but it is designed so that no paint is needed if you dont want to paint.
The plastic is molded in the base color of ship.
It comes with water slide decals and stickers for the colored panels and other markings.
The characters and the cockpit areas seem to be the only areas that do require paint.

**Q: Come with paint?**
A: No, the BANDAI Millennium Falcon kit does not come with paint. It does come with a decal sheet of all the ‘painted’ surfaces. 
It’s a very small kit, the Falcon is 2.875” in diameter. It is molded in a gray color- no need for painting it.

**Q: Could this be a toy for a little boy? Or is it only for modeling?**
A: This item is a DIY model kit essentially. It comes disassembled, and some of the pieces are very small, and unpainted so it wouldn't be suitable for a young child.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An insanely good model!

There is only one possible way that Bandai produced this kit: They produced an ultra detailed, full-sized model... and then invented a shrink ray. I cannot possibly over-exaggerate the amount of insane detail on this tiny little kit. For reference, if you play the FFG X-Wing Miniatures game, this model kit is actually SMALLER than the Millennium Falcon FFG produces, and yet it easily has orders of magnitude more detail. You can literally identify individual pieces from the original donor model kits the ILM builders used when they made the original Falcon model. And on top of all of the insane detail, this kit also maintains Bandai's insane engineering prowess. This is a snap together kit, but so much thought has gone into how the pieces fit that not only are the joins ultra tight without the need for glue, but mold lines are cleverly hidden so there is almost zero need to sand or otherwise clean up the model. I can't promise you won't go blind trying to paint this thing, but it's an incredibly fun kit, and Bandai could easily charge 3 times as much for the quality you receive (but hopefully they won't read this and get any ideas about raising the price...).
