It’s not math…1 scoop = tons of explosive strength. Unless you are 400 Lbs. 1 is enough. 2 scoops makes you mean:

What does this stuff taste like?

This is a great product, and I feel that it has improved my health...but I'm not going to sugarcoat it: it tastes like ants. I bought some empty gelatin capsules at Whole Foods, and I fill them with the ant extract, and have no problems at all taking it..highly recommended...

which is a stronger extract 20:1 or 10:1?

20:1 extract ratios are stronger than 10:1 ratios. Theoretically, they are twice as strong since it takes twice the raw substance to make the same final extract weight in powder.

Can you mix this in with food?

Yes. I’ve mixed in with stir fry. But mostly I just pop the scoop in my mouth and drink a glass of water. Within 30 mins I lift double my bodyweight no problem. Without the ant I can still lift heavy but sometimes fail the last reps. With the black ant I don’t tire as soon and have more explosive power with deep squats.
