Both were in good condition, but the leather was tired and I didn’t want to create a layer of silicon with shoe polish. This beeswax did the trick. It’s odourless, clear in colour so I can use it on red and b,ack, or any other leather colour with ease. You only need a little on a soft cloth, rub it in and leave a few minutes then buff it. The leather is restored. It has a slight sheen, som small scuff marks were polished out and both the wallets feel soft and supple. They still have a quality, weathered vintage look, but now they seem well cared for and will ,adt another 30 years. I’m impressed. No sticky residue and if the car seats show signs of wear, I’ll use this to refresh them. Great stuff and worth the price as a little goes a long way.
