What types of leather can I use this on?

Our Beeswax Leather Conditioner is suitable for all smooth leather types including sofas, armchairs, car interiors, shoes, boots, handbags, purses, jackets, coats, belts, wallets and saddlery. Test on a small area before treating the whole item.

Will it darken or discolour my leather?

No. Our 100% natural beeswax formula is designed to condition and protect without altering the colour of your leather. It absorbs cleanly into the leather fibres and buffs to a natural finish with no greasy residue and no darkening effect.

How often should I apply it?

For regular maintenance we recommend applying every 4 to 6 weeks. For leather that is heavily used e.g. car seats, sofas or riding boots, more frequent use will help extend the life. For items used occasionally, a seasonal treatment is sufficient.

Is it safe to use around children and pets?

Yes. Our formula is 100% natural, chemical free and contains no harsh synthetic additives, parabens or silicones. It is safe to use on leather items that come into contact with children and pets, including sofas, pushchair handles and pet collars.

How much product do I need per application?

Very little. A small, pea-sized amount is enough to treat a pair of shoes, and a little more for larger items like a sofa cushion or jacket. One 100ml tin provides dozens of treatments, making it excellent value for regular leather care.
