Effective Pain Relieving Cream
A physical therapist recommended this product for severe neck pain. It has a light scent and menthol in it. Each time I use this I get a very strong burning/cold sensation from it which lessens after 15 minutes or so. I didn't like this at first but the more I use it the more it helps relieve the pain. Now I always have a tube in my house as I have Scoliosis and it's been a lifesaver for me.

Perfect for pain-free!
Out of all topical free of pain meds, REAL TIME is the very BEST! We've been using this for over 10yrs. Physically working, over the road driving, kid caring, sitting at a desk, physical fitness, etc., this tops all the rest! It was sold at Walgreens; but not in a few yrs.

The absolute best pain relief rub I have ever used!!
I have recommended this product to everyone I know for years now!! It works the best of all the muscle rub pain relievers Iโve ever triedโฆand Iโve tried a LOT of them!! I was introduced to this product years ago at a farmers market. This couple had a booth set up for Real Time and the gentleman noticed I was limping a bit. He asked if I would be willing to try it and then walk around the market some more. He rubbed it on my ankle and then asked me to sit and wait 5 minutes and then apply it again. I did. Before the 5 minutes was up I could already tell it was helping. After the second application I walked around the market for about another hour with almost no pain. Before I left to go home I returned to the booth and purchased a bottle of it and it is still the only muscle rub I use for pain.

Scent Changed
I have used this product for YEARS and loved it, however the last tube I received the formula had been changed which changed the scent. I DO NOT like the smell of the product now, therefore would likely not order again.
