I don’t really write reviews but I had to for this product. THIS STUFF WORKSSSS!!! I have had a low ferritin for YEARS (6-13 is usually my range). I heard about this and thought to try it since I have nothing to lose. As of now, I been taking it for about 3.5 weeks now. I noticed a little bit of a boost in energy and for the first time in years my period cramps weren’t as significant as they usually are. I thought it was all in my head till I went for a blood test yesterday and my Ferritin level is now a 34! I couldn’t believe it. For anyone with low ferritin, and wondering if this actually works, I’d give this a shot.
