This band has been my hero! this is my first pregnancy and have had pain under my belly since very early on so I purchased this immediately. It provides great support and relieves some of the back pain, I am currently 26 weeks now and use it almost daily , it stays in place which was one of my main concerns but it literally does not roll or cause any discomfort, I work in an office setting and it is just fine throughout the day! it is adjustable so i am sure it will work for the duration of my pregnancy which is awesome for the price I highly recommend it!

WOW. I opened this up and put it on, very easy to figure out with the directions provided. And OMG IT IS HELPING SO MUCH! You can make it as tight or loose as you need it, it relieves so much pressure off my lower abdomen and provides a little extra support for my back. This is the first belly band I've bought for pregnancy (second pregnancy) so I have nothing to compare to, but I definitely can't imagine not having this. I don't know how I got through my first pregnancy without it in hindsight. Great value, stretches to any body type and is very adjustable to how you need it. I'll be working outside a lot this summer, and I can already tell it will be breathable. Also helps smooth everything out!

I have occasional lower back pain that goes on for a few days at a time. It interferes with my farm work and weightlifting. Since I'm heavy, I got this back support because I could let it rest under my large belly (fat, not baby) and still support my back. The frst time I wore it for several hours at a festival. It really helped my back to hurt less, but was, itself, fairly uncomfortable. But not as uncomfortable as a hurting back, so I call that a win. If you move and twist a lot, it can roll up or down, but the support is still there. I had to step out of sight to unroll the top or bottom a few times. I'm thinking of adding spiral steel corset boning to the side back areas to prevent rolling. I ended up not using the strap that goes over the top of the belly. I started out with it but realized it wasn't doing anything useful and just added a bit more discomfort. I have autism and concomitant sensory input issues, so maybe other people wouldn't find the rig as uncomfortable as I did. But, I reiterate, it was way better than back pain. A good thing to know is that you have to move it to sit down in the bathroom, because you put it on over your underwear. I just slid it upward, then tugged it back down afterward. A pregnant person may have to take it loose, since my fat is probably more squishable than a baby belly. The instructions say to wear it over clothes, but I didn't want to advertize the fact that I was wearing it, so I put it under my clothes. As long as you fasten it so that all the velcro hooks are on the loops, the hooks won't poke or scratch you as you walk and move. One last thing is that after wearing it for several hours, the next day my back was much less sore. I guess it got a chance to rest and recover a bit while being supported.

Upon first wearing this I thought it was super comfortable and supportive, but after wearing it for about an hour, my body started to swell up and it felt really tight on me. I kept loosening it and finally I just couldn’t wait to get it off and be free. It’s also kind of inconvenient to take on and off because this brace is three separate pieces so you have to keep adjusting Velcro to get it back to how you had it on. For a pregnant lady that has to pee every half hour, it’s a pain in the butt. I will say it did help with support and back/sciatica pain. Usually I can’t do much around the house as I’m 7 months pregnant and I have to take constant breaks, but this does help lengthen my productivity time. It’s also pretty discreet and hides beneath clothing pretty well.

Awesome not just for pregnancies! My dad has terrible lower back problems, but he also has a big belly. Regular back braces won’t stay in place because of the belly. I thought I’d give this a try for him. Works GREAT! He loves it, doesn’t slide out of place, helps his back, no one sees it because he wears it over his undershirt and under his other shirt. He’s not fat, he just carries all his weight in the belly. I ordered him a XL. The company needs to market this for anyone who has a belly because it STAYS PUT!

I bought this belt a little under a month ago because I was having some mobility issues while pregnant. My joints were grinding and popping all the time and if I moved wrong I would not be able to walk the rest of the day unassisted and be in agonizing pain. This belt has help improve my symptoms and I wear it on a daily basis. It does not get rid of my pain entirely (I didnt expect it to) but it does help support me when I move, it keeps my back stable, helps support the weight of my stomach so I am in less pain and I can work around the house without injuring my back. I feel so much more independent wearing this belt because I dont have to ask my hubby to help me walk somewhere or to pick something up for me. I have found I can wear this belt underneath my clothes with comfort but my favorite way to wear it would be putting the belt overtop of a undershirt. It seems to be more comfortable that way for me. I'm 7 months pregnant and about 190 pounds, I ordered the Xl and it fits me perfectly, it will show through a bit under your clothes, but I haven't found it to be too bulky and of course with a big prego belly you cant hide much. Lol Overall if your looking for some added support and to keep your back more stable during pregnancy I would say this is a good buy.

My doctor suggested getting the double band because I'm already having round ligament pain. I ordered this and tried it on as soon as it came in. Let me tell you it does the job. Supports the bump very well. It's a good price for the product.

I was really skeptical about getting this as many reviews said that you can't sit in or sit comfortably. In my opinion you can. Just ensure that the bottom is not too tight. I do have to have my husband strap me into this. I'm 235 pounds and 28 weeks. Our son is measuring a few weeks ahead so it's getting difficult to do tasks by myself at this point lol. For lower back pain I always try to ensure that the part that goes against your back is half on my butt and half on my lower back. It can start to dig into my thigh on the front, but I just shove the front of my belly support band underneath so that I don't notice it anymore. I have noticed that it does help with my lower back pain. I do take Tylenol when I use it. As the days that I use it are even I'm needing to be on my feet a lot or doing a lot around the house. But before I bought this and started using it I would take Tylenol and still had horrible lower back pain. If you're having upper back pain I've found that making sure that I'm wearing a supportive nursing bra (with the unhooking latches in the front, not just a sports bra type nursing bra), more often greatly helps that. My main complaint is that the fabric at the top section that goes on top of the belly can get really itchy/scratchy after several hours of use. But over all it's a really great, solid support belt. It is 3 separate pieces, so keep that in mind. They all strap on together with Velcro. If it doesn't feel like it's supportive enough, try tightening it in the front and or back. That has always been the issue for me and the lower back pain greatly lessens if not goes away.
