Is the inner dimension 10”?

I have not measured this tube. I can tell you that I have the Inokim oxo electric scooter and the tires have 10x2.5 printed on the sidewall. I had flat tires 2 times and I saw that the tubes that came installed on the scooter from the factory in China said 10x2 the wrong size! So I purchased these tubes and bought tire sealant called armor-dilloz and I have not had any flat tire since then.

Will this fit in my kaabo wolf warrior x pro’s 10x3 tire?

It will fit inside of the tire, but it will be excessively stretched. Better to get the right tube.

Are these the tubes for the back tires?

Yes they are for the back tires they just a little bit bigger but it still works.
