This year I went for XXl as my boy is a big chap but they are too big. My fault, not the manufacturer's fault. So, for 1.80m and 78kgs, patient wearing Xlarge nappies, I would recommend XL. On a good note, you can wash them and wash them, they do not shrink. I never put them in a dryer, so I cannot say how they would fare. But a pack of 5 will last for ages, this I know as it is not the first time I have used them for my son. This is why I gave them 5 stars.
