How do you stuff the legs? I see no opening??

Hi, the opening is in the inside of the costume, below waist level, where the fake legs are attached to the costume.

Is it just santa with the legs or is the sweater part of it as well???

it is just santa with legs . you have to use your own shirt. every one loved it

does the costume come with white shirt, suspenders and hat?

On the Bavarian Bearded man, yes it does, but not the guy on top.
